My experience was like a moment out of time. Even the group was amazing! The energy was really good to be in. Before it ended and after it ended many times I said to myself, I feel like I’m in my place here. Things make sense. I don’t know how to explain it I feel this feeling every time I feel that I’m in a safe place with kind and pure people, food and activity.

That was my first experience in a breathing/ice workshop, and it was amazing and powerful. I really felt that my body restart again, after the extensive breathing exercise.
David, the guide, was very nice, knowledgeable, and warmly welcomed us into his home. It is very clear that he has lots of enthusiasm and knowledge for the method.

Unlock Your Inner Strength

with the Wim Hof Method

Master the power of breathing, cold exposure, and mindset to boost your energy, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

What You’ll Gain from This Workshop

What’s Inside the 5-Hour Workshop?

Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.
These workshops are limited to 30 participants, and Instructors often choose to keep them much smaller. The intimate quality allows for ample personal attention, and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.
The program generally kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, and always includes a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and the Instructor is there to answer questions throughout the workshop.
If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

Falcon Inspire WHM Fundamentals Workshop Highlights:

A safe and inclusive environment

We want you to leave your worries at the door and relax. A relaxed body and mind are in the best state to receive new sensory inputs and reconnect with your life force: your breath! While we will encourage you explore outside of your comfort zone, it’s always at your pace and never forced.

Lots of breathing!

We breathe on average 20,000 times per day, often without giving it much thought. How we breathe is something we can consciously control; not only when we are awake, but also when we sleep. We are going to practice breathing for more energy & focus, and breathing for stress reduction & relaxation.

The theory behind the practice

Our aim is not to hit you over the head with scientific jargon, but research supporting the health benefits of “better breathing” is continuing to emerge. Knowing some of the theory, combined with the sensations you feel, we hope propels you to continue your breathing journey after the workshop.
